Mommy Magic

Today feels a little bigger than “new book release” day.

Because Mommy Magic isn’t just another story.

It’s the closing page of a season.

A tiny lion costume turned into years of adventures, bedtime stories, chaos, imagination, and memories I didn’t realize we were actively making while we lived them. What started as Harper wearing a lion costume everywhere somehow became Hugsy… and then became books… and then became pieces of our family frozen onto pages.

And today, after one final adventure, the costume is packed away.

Cue dramatic mom tears in the Target parking lot.

The girls are getting older. Their imaginations are changing. The stories are changing too. And honestly? So am I.

But that doesn’t mean the magic ends here.

It just means we’re turning the page.

 What’s coming next:

— Early reader and chapter books with Lynnlee and Harper

— Bigger adventures for growing readers

— The young adult stories we’ve secretly been dreaming up

— More real, funny, chaotic motherhood writing

— And yes… more dark humor adult books because apparently suburban women with emotional damage are my brand now

But before all of that begins… this one matters.

Mommy Magic is the last Lynnlee & Hugsy adventure.

The final goodbye to the little lion who gave us years of stories.

If you’ve ever watched your kids outgrow something while desperately wishing time would slow down just a little… this book is for you.

If you’ve ever packed away a costume, toy, blanket, or stuffed animal and realized it somehow hurt your chest… this book is for you.

If you’ve followed our chaos from the beginning — thank you. Truly.

And if you want to grab the final adventure and support this next chapter of my writing journey, Mommy Magic is officially LIVE today. ❤️

To everyone who orders, shares, reviews, or tells a friend about these books:

thank you for helping a mom with a ridiculous amount of coffee, anxiety, and unfinished laundry turn family chaos into stories that will outlive the costumes.

Now excuse me while I pretend I’m emotionally stable about a packed-away lion suit.

About Me

HI, I’m Jacqueline, entrepreneur by trade, mama by heart, and writer by necessity. I run a company by day and a household by…well all the time. Somewhere between scheduling client calls and cleaning up juice box disasters, I decided to start this blog. Crumbs and Chaos is my love letter to the mess, the loud, sticky and beautiful that comes from raising a big family while building a business. It’s where the professional world and the parenting trenches collide. Where the invisible hero can be seen and where a little grace can be cooked up.
